Completely overhauling a wholesale division for retail, spa and apothecary.

The Challenge

The brand was only six months old and had a limited SKU assortment. As any brand does, they were experiencing growing pains, internally and externally. They needed support on all levels.

Our Solution

We created a one year business strategy to help support the growth of their collection and confirm exactly what the buyers and consumers would be looking for. We created a specific sales team to present their brand and position it at locations approved by the founder. We selected specific trade shows at which to exhibit the brand. We acted as an extension of their team and assisted with anything they needed to build the brand the right way.

The Result

The brand grew, opening 35 resort/day spa locations, 6 Detox Market locations, 10 Lord & Taylor locations, 12 Riley Rose locations, 12 Nordstrom Pop-In locations, 120 Lifetime locations, as well as securing a partnership agreement with W Hotels and the Marriott family.
